SHIPPING POLICY: Free standard ground shipping and insurance up to $100 with United States Postal Service includes tracking and is expected to be delivered in 5-10 days depending on where you are located. You will receive an invoice on your order when paid and when item(s) ships. Please send any and all questions to jeneaneroot@gmail.com 

If additional insurance or priority mail is preferred, please let me know at time the order is placed. It will be up to you, the customer, to pay.

RETURNS: Your satisfaction with your purchase is my highest priority. If for some reason a return is necessary, please contact me within 15 days of receiving to make arrangements. The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping in original condition and original shipping bag or box and be unworn. Returns must be shipped with tracking. 

No returns on custom orders or custom sizing are accepted.

CANCELLATIONS: I do not accept cancellations.

REPAIRS: I am pleased to make any repairs at no cost and committed to your complete satisfaction. My handmade jewelry is crafted with the highest attention to detail.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The items for purchase on my website are not intended for children under age 10. If children are wearing jewelry, please take care and supervise at all times.
